To engage in video conferencing with other gays you need Microsoft Netmeeting. This is normally located under Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> Netmeeting. If Netmeeting is not installed on your computer, you can download it for free:Download Netmeeting for Windows

After launching Netmeeting, select "Options" from the "Extras" menu. A window similar to the image below will open, please fill out the fields as indicated below.
After completing all fields, click on "ok" and select the back button of your browser to go back to the list of online Netmeeting users. You can now call a user by clicking on his name, and other users can call you while your Netmeeting client is running.
